Put It On. Sleep Through It. Still On At Six.
It holds your big toe away from the second one while you sleep — so the rubbing stops, and the joint gets a night off from a day in shoes.
Built for women who want an honest brace, without the hype.
What a night in it actually does.
The plain version, before any of the rest.
The Rubbing Stops Tonight
Your big toe is held away from the second one for as long as you wear it. If they press or overlap, that pressure is off from the first night.
A Stretch, Not A Squeeze
Low force over a lot of hours is how stretching works anywhere in the body. The hinge lets the joint move while it happens.
A Counterweight To Your Shoes
Your foot spends the day being pushed inward. This pushes gently the other way, in the hours you are off your feet.
You Decide How Much
Start at the lowest setting. Move up a step only once the last one stopped being noticeable. One hand, sitting down, nothing to unthread.
Your Day Stays Your Day
Evening and overnight only. Nothing visible, no different shoes, nothing to explain at work.
You Can Start Tonight
No appointment, no referral, no waiting list. And if it does not suit your foot, you stop — that is the whole risk.
Nothing about a bunion stands still.
Five numbers we would rather show you than talk around. A brace changes none of them — what it does is hold the toe in a different position for the hours you are off your feet.

How do I wear it?
Dial at its lowest for the first night, an hour on the sofa. Two or three hours in the evening for the first week, then through the night. Move the dial up one step only once the last one stopped being noticeable.
How long until I notice anything?
It varies a great deal, and most of what people report early is about pressure and ache rather than appearance. Anyone giving you a date is guessing.
What does it feel like?
Present, but it should never hurt. If it wakes you, turn it down a step — a brace you sleep through is worth more than a tighter one you take off at two in the morning.
Can I wear it in my shoes?
No, and be careful of anyone whose hinged brace says you can. Anything applying real sideways force cannot be walked on: under your body weight it either stops working or it hurts.
Is it safe?
It is a limb orthosis worn while you rest. If you have reduced sensation in your feet, diabetes, or an open sore, speak to a podiatrist before wearing anything that applies pressure overnight.
One foot or both?
One if only one foot bothers you. Both if the other is heading the same way — most people with one bunion are developing the second, and it is cheaper together than twice.

In their words.
I really like how easy Nightform is to adjust. It took me a couple of nights to find the right tension, but now it fits perfectly into my bedtime routine.
The heel loop keeps the brace securely in place, and the straps are simple to fasten. I can finally do something for my bunion without wearing anything bulky during the day.
I’ve tried several bunion products, but this is the first one that lets me control the pressure myself. The adjustment dial makes such a difference.
Nightform is surprisingly comfortable and only takes a minute to put on. My big toe feels gently supported throughout the night.
I wanted something I could use consistently without changing my daily routine. I simply put it on before bed and let it work while I sleep.
I expected the brace to feel much bulkier, but it’s lighter and more comfortable than I thought. After a few nights, wearing it became completely normal.
Chosen, Not Invented
We did not design a mechanism and then find a reason for it. We read what went wrong with everything else first.
- Built around the two reasons people stop: it hurt on night one, or it came off by two.
- Every number on this site is published research, with the study named next to it.
- No countdown timers, no invented before-and-afters, no doctor we paid to agree with us.
- If it does not suit your foot, thirty days and we pay the shipping out.

Your Questions, Answered
Will this fix my bunion?
No. A bunion is a bone position, and a brace does not change bone. What it can do is hold the toe in a different position for a number of hours a night, and take the pressure off the joint for the rest of them.
Will it still be on in the morning?
That is what the heel anchor is for, and it is the failure people describe more than any other. If it still comes off, tell us — we would rather hear it than have it end up in a drawer.
Is this for severe bunions?
Honestly, less so. If your big toe already crosses over or under the second toe, a brace is unlikely to be enough on its own and a podiatrist is the better next call.
Should I just have surgery?
That is between you and a podiatrist, and for some feet it is the right answer. Worth knowing before you decide: a meta-analysis of twenty studies and 2,914 people found the bunion returned in about a quarter of cases, at an average follow-up of three and a half years (Ezzatvar et al., Journal of Clinical Medicine, 2021). Nothing here is a reason to avoid surgery — it is a reason to ask good questions first.

Can I subscribe?
No. It is one purchase and it should last — a brace you have to keep rebuying is a brace that is falling apart.
