Where we ship

We ship within the United States only: all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii, US territories, and military APO/FPO addresses.

Alaska, Hawaii, the territories and military addresses can take longer than the times below.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. There is no threshold to reach and no option to pay for. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays start counting from the next business day.

Delivery time

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 4 to 8 business days.

End to end, that is usually one to two weeks from the day you order. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather and holiday periods.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, email us at info@wearnightform.com and we will look into it.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, or arrives damaged, email us within 14 days at info@wearnightform.com with your order number and we will make it right.

Address errors

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reship it once you confirm the correct details. Reshipping costs may apply.

Duties and taxes

There is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Any import duties or taxes on the way into the United States are handled by us, not by you.
