Our 60-day guarantee
Botanicals need time, which is why we give you sixty nights rather than seven.
If Nightly has not earned its place on your nightstand, email us within 60 days of the date your first order arrives and we will refund that order in full.
Keep the bottle. There is nothing to send back.
How to request a refund
Email info@vesperadaily.com with the email address or the order number you used.
One email is enough. No forms, no return shipping, and no questions about why you stopped.
What the guarantee covers
The guarantee applies to your first order, once per customer or household.
Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
If your first order was part of a subscription, we cancel that subscription at the same time as we refund you, so you are not charged again.
Later orders and subscription renewals
Renewal orders are not covered by the 60-day guarantee.
You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time from your account, and any renewal you cancel before it is charged will simply not be billed. To make sure a change applies to your next delivery, make it at least 24 hours before your next scheduled charge.
If a renewal was charged in error, or charged after you had already cancelled, email us and we will put it right.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.
We will send a replacement or refund you — whichever you prefer. This applies to every order, not only your first one.
Cancelling an order before it ships
Email us as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet been handed to the carrier, we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has shipped, the 60-day guarantee applies instead.
Your legal rights
This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer law of the place where you live. It does not replace them.
